"Coll aesthetic I just wish the pool was open more hours and the pool was heated. the ac in the rooms was also not working or may have been but it was warm inside the room"

"Very spacious room with a large balcony that surrounded the room on the top floor. The room was dated but very comfortable. The staff was both friendly and helpful. Was located close to the public transit so it was easy to get everywhere"

"We stayed here for five nights and found the room compact but perfectly adequate for our needs. A quick tip for those visiting in the spring: the A/C was not yet activated during our stay in late March and early April, as it isn't turned on until the summer months. Also, if you need to iron, there is a dedicated ironing room located on the 5th floor. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our visit. The continental breakfast was phenomenal a perfect way to fuel up before a day of exploring. The location is both safe and convenient; being next to a federal building limits traffic primarily to taxis, and some of Rome’s best gelato is right around the corner. It’s also within easy walking distance of most major sites."

"Had supper and breakfast, supper was ok but serving a burger and French fries with packets of condiments was something I’d expect from McDonald’s or worse. Service and Offerings for breakfast were also not what we’d expect, especially for the price charged. "

"Great spot and within walking distance to a lot of you understand the back roads in Rome. Very authentic. Couldn’t figure out how to get the tub to get hot, but otherwise great place. Expedia has breakfast included in the listing and that’s not true. Not the location’s fault, but don’t book this expecting breakfast. Staff very helpful. Very Roman feel to it. "

"How Expedia rated this hotel in the "luxury" category is beyond me. This is at best a 2-star hotel, as it was missing some very basic amenities, such as a coffee make and there was NO air conditioning service (not turned on until summer, I was told). All this besides the fact the hotel is very near a bad area (Termini terminal) and I was told by the staff to not go there when night falls. Expedia needs to do better."
