"Excellent stay in late August. Weather was glorious and Copenhagen was very welcoming. Yes it is expensive but treat yourself! Walk to central station took us 11 minutes, Tivoli gardens is directly opposite. Number 17 bus stop is 50 yards from the hotel and drops you right outside the park entrance and runs every 10 mins. Station staff really helpful to help with advice. Airport train from here took about 20 minutes and runs very frequently.
We stayed on the 8th floor with lounge access and breakfast on floor 11. Worth paying extra for. Breakfast was incredible; made to order eggs, omelettes (recommend the smoked salmon and spinach) and French toast.
Mustafa was a delight and remembered our names on day 2 but all staff were very helpful.
Room was great, very quiet and comfy beds, slept for 8 hours for the first time in years. No doors slamming or neighbour noise heard at all. Our room was cleaned daily without having to ask but it would have been nice to replenish the bottled water daily.
We managed to cram in 10 attractions in 4 days using the copenhagen card (free transport too) so were only at the hotel to sleep, eat and use the pool when we got back.
Pool staff were friendly too and seemed to be constantly cleaning-It was spotless.
Would definitely return, the only trip downside was the airport security ordeal, I think they rounded up all the miserable Danes to work there."
