The staff were unhelpful and showed little concern for guest satisfaction. The restaurant was another letdown. "The location was 20 minutes away from most major highways and tourists sights. The room was clean and the staff was helpful, considerate and patience. Breakfast area provided offered hot & cold nutriental meals and free coffee at night made the stay a delight."

"To be honest with all of you I don’t know why this area is expensive during the weekend but for over $200 a night with taxes and fees I think this place is expensive. Besides this, the room door never fully locked if you left your room, towels smelled clean but had stains on them and the mini fridge well was too small and did not work. More like a motel than a hotel or inn."

"So we stayed three nights and the room was never cleaned. When we asked we were told they were short staffed. When we called the desk no answer. When we called after leaving to checkout as we forgot upon leaving the 800 number couldn’t get the hotel to answer either. You don’t even get what you pay for in this delapitated excuse for accomodations."
