The room was clean. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was ok. Parking wasn’t a problem at all. Plenty of spots . The price was right for an overnight stay. I didn’t appreciate the fact the around 4:30AM there was a garbage pick up that was extremely noisy and woke me and my husband up. I guess I was on the wrong side of the hotel. I chose this hotel due to the close proximity to interstate 95.

Cette année j'ai trouvé que le petit déjeuner était mieux par l'ajout de saucisses. dans la chambre il devrait ajouter une couverture plus chaude qu'on pourrait utiliser au besoin. La nuit a été fraîche. Personnel sympathique et dévoué, Chambre confortable et propre. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Faulty outlet didn't let us get any good sleep. There was no maintenance to fix it. The headboard power keep going on and off. When I checked the outlet it sparked. The pool was dirty. No apologies no upgrades for our next stay which was a week after. The breakfast was decent and the staff was nice

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was also clean. The rooms are certainly due for an upgrade but fine for the price. Typically a Marriott guy, but we were in that area for a soccer tournament.

Left and went somewhere else. The first room had mice droppings on the comforter (I was told it was “probably dust from the AC” however no one went to look at any point). The person working the front desk did understand and gave me a new room, however there was urine all over the toilet seat, the tub was dirty, and the comforter had stains on it. By far the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They have a no refund policy, however they did refund me due to the awful experience. Definitely skip, spend a little more money and go somewhere clean.

The electricity on the headboard kept going on and off and the alarm clock keeping beeping because of this. When I tried to unplug the headboard and replug it the outlet started sparking. There was no maintenance on hand. We could not sleep because we felt unsafe and the beep annoyed us all night. The front desk wasn't much help and didn't even offer to change our room to another one. The next morning, I complained to the front desk, and they just wrote a report. I informed them I was going to be back in a week, and nothing was offered to me like an upgrade or anything. I was really disappointed

The staff was great, absolutely no complaints with them! When I arrived, I was told there was an issue with the water and there was no water for about an hour. I left and came back a few hours later to hear the water was still not available as a second water pipe had burst. Where the water burst, it was in the main hallway and blocking access to the elevators. We hoped this was an easy issue and would be fixed by morning. Fortunately, it was. However, throughout the night we heard loud bangs, someone called my room at 3am only to sit on the other end just saying "hello?" and then randomly hand up. Shortly after that, the heat/cooling unit in the room started making banging sounds (without air, just banging sounds), and then someone yelling outside my door, followed by the terrible smell of marijuana. That first night was so bad that I left the following morning before 9am and found a new hotel to stay at for the rest of my trip. When I informed the front staff about the situation, she stated there was a male staff member that night and only the front desk could call the rooms but was unsure why they would be calling.

Staff at check in very helpful. Room very clean but public areas lobby halls etc dingy need deep cleaning and tlc. Lights and outlets next to bed did not work. HVAC fine. Shower was abysmal. Not enough pressure to rinse out shampoo or soap. Either head is clogged or pipes inadequate. Either way very medicore stay. Breakfast pretty bare or basic. Look elsewhere

The room was clean. The TV remote did not work, my husband got it to turn on but then at the end of the night he could not get it to turn off. he turned off the sound but the TV stayed on all night. I hate light in the room and I had to keep the blankets over my head. We told the front desk the next day and wrote a note to the room cleaner.

It was a very nice day… I requested to be away from as many children in pets as possible, as I’m usually traveling for work. I was put in a quiet room at the end of the hall on the second floor. I would have preferred the top floor, but it worked out. The room was clean with the exception of pet fur on the sofa. Breakfast was good.
