"Nice food court next door and convenient parking "

"Cool and eclectic place close to everything, downtown OS and Biloxi. Hotel is older but renovated and pretty well done. On a golf course if you golf. No restaurant onsite but golf club has an Italian place with limited hours. Clean and a good value. Check out The Lady May restaurant about 5 miles away… it’s amazing and super reasonable."

"The bathroom shower floor was disgusting look like mole and to top it off no hot water. This is one of the lowest quality inn I’ve ever seen. WAY overpriced."

"If you plan to arrive after 8:00 p.m. be sure to call or you won't have a key. I saw a couple of roaches and the bathroom floor was dirty in the corners. The beds were comfortable and I liked having a kitchenette."

"Over all experience was Great was in a VIP room did expect it to be a lil cleaner floor was nasty was not clean at all has eyelashes on table and floor and couldn’t get the WiFi for tv to work . But other than that everything eles was great. Will definitely book again "

"The rooms have been successfully renovated. Almost all new and neat. The details make you feel comfortable. It is not a fancy hotel, but you get the service and details as in a 5 stars hotel."

"The beds were horrible. The platform that the mattresses were on was of some type of metal and every time you turned, it would make a noise like you had kicked it. The staff were not very friendly at all. It was almost as if, we were a bother to them. The elevator and 2nd floor smelled of marijuana. We had my 9 yr old and 5 yr old grandsons with us. I would not stay here again. "

"Staff were extremely RUDE & mean. If you’re not happy working there please go get a different job. We are locals who go stay at many of the casinos and this was first & LAST time at IP. Receptionist male or female at Restaurant at late night was insanely the rudest person in customer service I have ever met. Wife went to Front Desk after to mention about the worst experience at a hotel she has ever had & they were rude as well. The rooms were okay but could hear everyone in hallways ALL night...

"All Elevators were broken. Ice machine was rusted and gross. Coke machine broken. Breakfast was limited. It did not smell clean. It felt humid and old. It needs updating. We did enjoy the dove shampoo and conditioner. "

"Rooms were well stocked. Place is always nice and clean. Only issues that i would see would be amount of checkin staff. With this being a heavy visit during the middle of the week due to baseball games, i would have had just a few more staff available to help with checkin. "
