"We had housekeeping clean the room. All they did was make our beds and gave us clean towels. Floor wasn't vacuum. Your lobby was very dark is wasn't welcoming. Valet service was great."

"I believe we ran into bad luck with this booking. The air conditioning was dripping water through the night. We woke up to a puddle of water in our bedroom. My leather bag was damaged, and it was a hassle to figure stuff out early morning. The host, while super responsive and apologetic, could not have helped us that early in the morning. While their understanding was certainly appreciated, the stay did end up being a hassle for us. Also there were a bunch of people shouting outside the...

"This was my second stay at the hotel and I would recommend again. Great location by tech square, walkable to the park and plenty of restaurants close by. The pool, gym and hot tub are nice and clean. Beds are pretty comfortable and some nice Georgia Tech touches. Bathroom was clean and soaps were pleasant. Only suggestion would be some pillow upgrades, parking validation and better marketing for breakfast in hotel."

"We stayed here for a wedding and had a nice stay. The water pressure in the shower was strong and got nice and hot. The beds were plush and comfortable. Regardless of what floor you stay on you can’t hear any noise."

"Not great. The previous hotel we stayed at, The Georgian Terrace, had the same price as this one and was at least 3 times better than this hotel. This hotel is old, run down, under staffed, lines to check in, lines to valet park, not a single person to help with the bags for check in or check out. Overall, BAD experience. Not recommend."
