"I booked the junior suite with the large balcony on the second floor & the property staff put me in a much smaller room on the third floor. When they were told of their mistake, they told me to contact Expedia for any issues, concerns, or refunds. When i asked for a receipt that reflected the room in which i had to stay, they told me the receipt will look like the one i received from my booking, even though i never stayed in that room. Their towels & washrags were heavily stained. When house keeping was told, they brought new towels that were still stained. The mirror in the bathroom was broken & swinging loose. Now the property staff are trying to give me the run around on my receipt, telling me they have to make a receipt & that I’ll get it via email within 24hrs. I told them i need that reflected in writing because i have no guarantee that that email will be sent. They told me once again they need to contact their manager. "
