The staff were all great !! The restaurant was good and staff there were great too! The resort is extremely tired and in need of a major refresh — you get what you pay for :( Bed extremely hard , pillows terrible, filthy curtains etc

The rooms are large, like a nice apartment. The pool was clean, and the jacuzzi in the room was a nice touch. The food at the restaurant wasn't bad, but they do close early. The place was not very busy, so we had a peaceful time there. If you want to do anything in the area, you'll need to plan on getting a rental car or calling taxis. Things that look close on the maps are further than they seem due to the canals.

The property outside was beautiful the view of the harbor is exquisite. However inside the plumbing is loud and horrid all night if anyone either you or them use or flush loud noises ,no internet services and they expects you to do most of the cleaning or they hold you deposit

Nice location,

The check in was smooth. The staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful. The place is run down, not well maintained in many areas of the room. It was good location as it was centrally located. Lots of rust. Microwave looked like it had exploded with rust. Refrigerator lots of rust. Bathroom fixtures falling apart. One shower it was almost impossible to turn it on, it was so hard.

The bar closes at 20:00. You can't find anything to eat after 8. I wanted to check out at 7:00 in the morning. Frontdesk opens at 9:00. I left the key at the activity desk and went out. But If you want a very quiet vacation the right place.

The hot tub is good, but very warm. The restaurant close very early and open only at noon for brunch. We need to prepare the breakfast in the room. No places close for breakfast. We need to ask for clean the room. But the rooms are clean, very comfortable. My room was a apartment 305 in the principal building. We love the place, but I suggest more activities. So quiet for me.
