"It was different than what was sold via pictures/description. Also no internet or real cleaning material to leave property as requested. It was also difficult to get the key code when we arrived. Other than that it was a good place and near a nice town/area. "

"I would definitely stay here again. The views are amazing, the property is quiet, the pool and sauna were great. For a family of four, we had the Deluxe Apartment and it was plenty of space. The rooms were large, the bathtubs overlooking the woods were amazing. There are a couple restaurants not too far away, but we ended up going to the grocery store and cooking at home because we wanted to spend most of our time in the room. "

The flat that I booked was unfortunately damaged and could not be used during the original time needed, Frau Kiefer promptly called me to inform me and came up with 2 alternative solution which was both fair and reasonable. This was the first time that I was bringing my son (<1), niece (8) and nephew (12) to Europapark, so making sure that we had good accommodations was important. "Very nice place. Quiet. Got a good night sleep here. The guy who run this place where also very nice. Only thing is the stairs uppstairs is a litle dangerous for small kids. We put something infront of the stairs so our 2 year old wouldnt fall. If we go back to this part of germany we wil rent it again. "

"It's on the middle of nowhere but great to visit a day in Strasbourg, them Colmar then Fribourg then Basel ... No microwave, and awkward glazed glass door for the bathroom. Plenty of space and parking. Good communication. Warm in winter. 100% recommend."

"Nice quiet village to stay in. Most everything we needed was there, just missing a few things in the kitchen but we managed without. No printed house rules or instructions that we could find. Luckily we've lived in Germany the past 10 years (we're Americans) so we know what to expect for trash, quiet hours, etc."
