"The check in process was a hot mess. I've worked in the hospitality industry for almost 20 years and the front desk staff at the check-in was not knowledgeable about the whole thing. She double charged my card, didn't share any information about the hotel, the outside pool had water in it the color of grass!!! It looked horrible! Glad we didn't plan on swimming!!! She did not represent the hotel or the Best Western brand at all some sort of uniform or at least a polo shirt. Not low cut tank tops...

"My stay at this Holiday Inn was very enjoyable. The hotel is located in a quiet area while still being very easy to access. The staff were warm, welcoming, and professional throughout my stay. The room and bathroom were both very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff are incredibly kind, the rooms are absolutely clean, the beds/pillows are always crisp and comfortable. Their breakfast choices are delicious and there's fresh coffee all day... 😀 ...and if you have to travel with a dog, they welcome pets too. 😊"
