"We paid extra for a room with a balcony and we were literally placed in the corner next to the maid closet. So every morning they slam the door open(no fault of theirs it’s just the way the door opens onto their carts as they stock them). Then no balcony. Second floor yet people on street just talking, not shouting sounded as if they were in our room. I paid a lot of money and was nothing but disappointed with this property. I now see why people don’t like to stay here."

"We had constant music noise in our room, balcony door wouldn't lock & housekeeping never showed up last day. On the positive great location, large & comfortable room. It is a bit of a walk to better restaurants but we're fit so not an issue. Our next visit I will stay elsewhere but this is a solid choice."

Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the entire property exceeded our expectations. The only issue we experienced was with the air conditioning in our room. "Best hotel experience I've ever had"

"The staff went out of our way to make us feel welcome. We received a welcome basket with local treats when we arrived and breakfast delivered to the room every morning. There was a happy hour with wine, beer and charcuterie each evening. The room was beautiful and the bathroom was modern and a good size. We have already recommended it to several people and will definitely stay again if we’re in the area."

"From the beginning of entering this property we were greeted with a very polite young man Luis and a lovely young lady Angel. Check in was so easy and the parking is located directly across the street.
