"This place is very affordable but disgusting. I booked this hotel for my wife and myself for 3 nights since it's within a mile of Raymond James and we were attending back to back shows there on Saturday and Sunday night. I checked in on a Friday, walked into our room, and checked out 15 minutes later because neither one of us could breathe without coughing and sneezing.The AC was blowing a mixture of dust and mold all over the room, the carpet floor was nasty, the whole room smelled musty with a faint cigarette smell, and everything metal in the room was rusty. The bathroom wasn't any better and there were no amenities in the room. I asked the clerk if there were any newer rooms and he said they were all the same, so I asked to check out. We didnt sit on the beds or disrupt anything in the room. He was polite and said we would get 2 nights refunded but might get just a partial refund for checking into the room, but would check with the manager the next day about getting a whole refund for that Friday. Out of $423 we were refunded $264. We found a room at the Holiday Inn about 3 miles away and paid more for it, especially last minute. Expedia was no help in getting us another place or applying any discounts. But it was our decision to leave so I get it. If you’re the type who reads reviews and values cleanliness, you'll want to pass on this place. Otherwise enjoy your nasty smelling room and have have fun finding all the crawling things that come out after dark."

"Great for short stays. Airport close by. A bit of noise due to air traffic."

"Staff and location (next to international shopping mall with lots of restaurant option just around the corner) hands down the best. Only complaints about the room is the water pressure (too low) in the shower and takes a good 2-3 minutes till water gets lukewarm. "

"The checkout staff were great but their billing was all screwed up. I prepaid when I booked. When I got my bill at checkout it showed the room charge as about $20 less, plus my credit card hsd two pending charges. One pending charge was ok, but the other was unknown to me or the hotel staff. "
