"They shut the water off our first night , then said they turned it back on but it was brown. There were kids all over the hotel we had to call twice and complain about the constant noise both nights we were there. It was a miserable stay for us. I’d love to get my money back. "

"When we arrived there was a lot of activity in the hotel, they had 2 functions running and you couldn't hear what the Front Desk Agent had to say, whilst she wonderful and did her best I felt we didn't get the experience we could have had. The room was clean and well kept but our room was next to the elevators - so when the event finished late at night we heard all of the continued celebrations of the people also located on our floor. They appeared to have a very good time. I would have to say though, the whole experience may have been very different if we had picked a weekend where the hotel was not as busy. We didn't stay for breakfast, there was no room at the restaurant - again due to the pure number of guests."

"Room was nice , we ubered into town for dinner came back and stopped in the bar for a drink and watched a hockey game. Very friendly atmosphere and people. It was a good price and close to mt vernon"

"Lovely hotel. Great staff. Great location. There is no coffee machine in the room, essentially sacrificing guest convenience for a tiny profit margin bump."
