"TL/DR:
It isn't perfect, but it's a nice, CLEAN hotel with great staff. Recommend it for any budget travel. (~$100-$120/day as of writing)
Positive:
Cambria was very clean, and the breakfast staff, Liliane and Susan, made my me and my boyfriend feel very welcome and comfortable. No clue what they make, but they definitely deserve raises. Really though, all of the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. It was nice not to be treated like an inconvenience for once. IYKYK
We enjoyed a romantic evening in the indoor pool. It was late, but still within hours. The pool has lighting that slowly changes color (very cinematic), and it was nice and warm.
The room is spacious and very clean, especially the floors. I ACTUALLY felt comfortable walking barefoot. Seriously!
Negative:
The water pressure is terrible. That's my one big gripe. As a thick haired girl, it took FOREVER to rinse my hair. If I could change one thing, it would be the water pressure.
A LOT of water gets on the floor. Position the bath mat so the center is in line with the edge of the shower glass. Hang it up afterward to dry. It's an effective workaround, but the mat will be totally soaked.
The website claims it offers "soundproof" rooms. They aren't. At all. It's very easy to hear people/dogs in the hallway.
Not much closet. No dresser. I would have liked more hangers or some drawers, since I was there a week, but that is longer than most people. FYI, the mini fridge has no freezer, so don't buy ice cream."
