"Good place to stay for a weekend in Estes Park. Super helpful and friendly front desk staff and a fun game room made for a great stay. There wasn't a lot to the breakfast buffet, so we ended up eating out. We had a room issue that was quickly resolved with a room change which they were able to accommodate even on a very busy weekend. Our mattress was super comfortable!"

"I actually had to leave my trip before I was even checked in due to being in an unsafe environment with my partner that I was traveling with. The hotel staff was contacted by my brother in another state to come retrieve me from the hotel lobby bathroom where I was hiding. Nora, one of the employees, came and rescued me and put me into hiding away from the person who was threatening me. Other hotel staff kept an eye on this person and helped me get away. I was so scared and extremely tearful from how thankful I was for the staff's kindness and their willingness to help me. So although I cannot speak on anything else, I cannot recommend this hotel and their staff enough. I am safe and unharmed because of them. And because of that, I will forever sing their praises and rate them 100000000/10. "
