"Great location. Attended a concer at the State Theater, a block away, and also across the street from the Art Museum, and 15 minute walk to the Old Port. Highly recommend!"

"Room was absolutely horrid and filthy, check in was a huge hassle.
I own a cleaning company and not once were they professional and tried to even make things right.
Not once was I offered a clean room, or something to make up for it.
Just a refund and get out, completely unprofessional.
I spent the last of our money on this hotel for work just to have to find a new place for us to sleep.
I will NEVER stay here again and I would NEVER recommend it to anyone.
Hopefully the family checking in got a cleaner room than us? 🙃
These people clearly take 0 pride in their hotel or its guests.
I have 1 picture of 11+ hairs in one section of the room.
That’s just one picture, they didn’t even bother to try to clean.

"This is my second time staying at this hotel, and my husband and I both love it! He uses the gym everytime we stay and he likes it. The bed is so comfortable! The parking is easy. I like it more without valet. The restaurant at the hotel is delicious. The outdoor seating area is amazing. The staff is so nice!! Surprisingly even though there is a bar downstairs the hotel is pretty quiet in the rooms. We stayed in a suite this time, and it was very cute. Definitely will stay again. This will probably be our go to hotel as we have family in Portland."
