"I checked in and upon arrival I noticed the floors were beyond sticky, and somehow also greasy. Then my towels were wet, and stained. When i brought this up to desk staff they were able to give me one towel; and when I walked away both girls started laughing. The entire hotel smelled like horrible, like marijuana and wet dog. I even witnessed a guest with a dog, who visibly had a rash and fleas, enter the elevator. (only one elevator was working). Second floor ice machine was also not working. The walls and ceiling are so thin I could hear everything going on around me. People were up partying and yelling through all hours of the night. Price of a hotel should depend on amenities not cleanliness. If I had the means to go somewhere else I would have. This place was truly disgusting and I would not recommend to anyone. I had came across two other guests who also asked me if my floors were also sticky, which makes me believe they aren’t probably cleaning rooms in between guests. I was also wary of the sheets and pillows given my towels were clearly used. I provided photos."
