No issues with the Hotel, exceptional, issues with Hotel.com, we booked with a free breakfast, when we got there in the morning we were told that you had not informed them, embarrassing as we had already started, had to pay 30 euros, and then same every other day, shameful

Erittäin siisti ja rauhallinen. Lähellä rantaa ja hyvät kulkuyhteydet. Aamupala normaali hotelli aamiainen jonka sai aloittaa haluttaessa kuohuvalla. Henkilökunta voisi ehkä hieman olla hymyileväisempi. Erittäin isot suositukset.

Lovely hotel, amazing staff. Our room was bright & spacious, bonus of having a fridge in the room. The hotel is on a busy road so there is quite a bit of traffic noise but the hotel is a stones throw from the beach. We were there on the day of the Spanish power cut and the staff were amazing, they really helped us out.

There was no parking in the hotel, we had bad experience looking for a parking around. Our room was not clean most of the time. Second day they didn’t change blankets didn’t tidy the floor.. they didn’t put water bottles in the fridge, no shampoo for the 3rd day … didn’t like my stay as a family of kid and baby. I hope you improve the quality of.

Positivities: - big room - big balcony with view of the pool and sea - two sinks in the bathroom - ok beds - mini fridge in the room Negativities: - quite dirty room - cleaning ladies forgot towels in our room six times - cleaning ladies forgot sheets in our beds two times - cleaning ladies forgot toilet paper one time - if you like coffee, don’t drink it because it tasted like chemicals - it took long time to order and get the order from the hotel bar - the pool didn’t opened before 10/10:30 CEST - only one staff in the reception was service minded and friendly All in all, this doesn’t meet up to the standard of a four star hotel, it feels more like a three star hotel.

Disappointing hotel

Charges for use of fridge, safety deposit box etc., outrageous. Food in the restaurant always cold and bread not fresh every day. Ordered sardines for lunch and they were from a tin. Staff in restaurant not very friendly. Pool toilet door did not lock and no toilet paper provided. Definitely not a four star establishment.

Hotel was clean. Very close to the beach.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back again. The breakfast was great with a choice of cooked food or cereal. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We chose this hotel as it was convenient for a concert at the Marenostrum Castle Park. Would definitely book this hotel on any future visits to Fuengirola

Relax en temporada de verano

Hotel muy agradable, con todo lo que esperas en tu escapada de vacaciones en verano. En la playa en cinco minutos, piscina dentro del hotel. Menú de buffet libre. Aire acondicionado en cada habitación. Atención para resolver todas las dudas y cuestiones. Muy buen trato.

A good hotel for the price.Has a small bar and entertaiment was poor. Hotel was clean and staff very helpful.Close to beach and a variety of resturants.Pool area good. If price is right a good place to stay.Hotel is 5 mins walk from torroblanca train station.

Stort og rent rom. Kunne godt vært litt flere møbler på rommet. Helt unødvendig at man skal måtte betale for å åpne kjøleskapet. Veldig ustabil wifi på hele hotellet. Bra beliggenhet og bra pris.

Hotel was in the quieter part of the resort but still plenty of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk down at the beachfront. Lovely pool area and no problem getting a sunbed.

Definitely not 4 star !

Only redeeming aspect of the hotel was that the room was clean and except for the maids all staff were rude and unwelcoming. The miserly touches like paying €4 per day to rent the fridge in the room,€3 for the safe and €6 per day for the car park all went to cheapening the hotel. Barmaid was surly and aggressive and felt put out when you asked for a drink, gave small measures but big prices. There is no room service, no iron in the hotel let alone the room, and no facility to make coffee in the room. Front door was closed at midnight and you had to wake the security guard to let you in ! You definitely felt like a customer not a guest, whoever is running this hotel has absolutely no business acumen whatsoever as it needs a complete shake up.
