The room I stayed is huge! The staff here are really polite and helpful. Very good impression! There are Family Mart and 7-eleven nearby so buying night snacks is convenient. I will stay at this hotel again when visiting Fukuoka next time!

Hotel is close to Gion station, which is connected to the Hakata station, so you can reach hakata station by foot easily if you want to. Room is clean and staff is friendly. Just the table is small.

The staff was friendly and the location is impeccable. But the room was very small and we could barely put our 2 suitcases unopened inside the room without blocking the way. The shower area was extremely small as well. I think for travelers with minimal luggage is ok.

Great bed configuration in family room, made room more roomy. We enjoyed the breakfast. Location was good to explore the city. Easy access from bullet train (15 min walk) and 5 min walk to train station and 2 different shrines/temples. Cons: the room was really hot. When I asked about AC the staff said it’s controlled per floor and not by individual room. They provided a fan but it was still an uncomfortable temperature to sleep with 4 people in the room

The staff are very friendly, have good smiles and politeness, and speak good English. The hotel is very clean and feels newly renovated. My family and I like it very much. The location of the hotel is not very easy to find. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Hakata Station. The location is relatively quiet, which is suitable for guests who can't sleep due to a little noise. My family and I will go to this hotel next time.

Decent hotel

We were a group of friends who got a room with 3 beds. Decent size with A/C and on the top floor. Coin laundry on our floor was available. It appeared very clean, but it seems as you move around in the space you find things like food down the side of the bed that looks like it's been there a while Walking distance from the metro station.
