Only if you really really need a place to stay. Bed was super hard and the place looks sketchy. Great check in and out system. Loved the Aladdin projector lamp.

Had a great stay! The room was equipped with everything I needed - a small stove, kitchenware, microwave, fridge, and even laundry facilities. The small balcony was also a nice touch. It felt like having my own little kitchen away from home. It was really a comfortable stay.

This was a small apartment, not a room. That's about the only thing I enjoyed. The toilet was in a separate room from the shower. The bedroom had no door nor curtain so whatever you heated in microwave smelled throughout. Shower area was dirty, there was spit on the floor when I went to shower. Even though there was a stove there was a message to please not use it??? Dishes supplied hadn't been washed in over a century. There was no television, instead, there was a projector on the ceiling that would allow for some sort of Netflix or Youtube watching. And once again the lack of front desk left you feeling stuck. Area was more a mix of industrial and residential.

洗濯機やキッチンの設備がとても使いやすくてよかったです。ボートレース場に一番近い部屋だったので、昼間レース開催中はボートの音が少しうるさかったですが、夜間は静かないい場所でした。

アクセス最優先なら

マリンメッセに近くて利用しました。近くにコンビニがあり、食べ物はそこで調達できます。お風呂は広くはないけれど、湯船の外で洗えるのがよかったです。備え付けのリンスのボトル、プッシュしても出てこなかったのが残念でした。テーブルは長くて、ご飯も食べやすく使いやすかったです。布団カバーは綿と思われ、綺麗で気持ちよかったです。掃除も不快にはならないくらいには綺麗。建物自体が古いから、これ以上しょうがないかな、という感じです。風呂場にしか鏡がないので、朝2人だと使いにくく、部屋の壁にも欲しいと思いました。テレビはなかったです。アクセスの便利さが最優先だったので、まあ、よかったです。

台所の排水口と洗濯機の排水口の両方とも水がなくなっていて下水の悪臭が漂っていて気持ち悪かったです。リネンなどは問題なかったのですが、キチンとメンテナンスされていませんでした。鍵もわざわざオフィスまで取りに行くのも不便です。一般賃貸住宅を宿泊施設にしているので、隣の人の騒音も気になりました。

굳굳

체크인까지 거리가 있어서 캐리어 끌고다니기 힘들었네요. 하지만 숙소 너무 좋았고 버스로 하카타, 텐진 등 다닐 수 있어서 아주 좋았어요. 근처 로손편의점도 잘 이용했어요. 마린멧세도 가깝고 걸어다니며 주변 구경하기 좋았네요. 바닷가 주변이라 그런지 바람이 많이부는거같아요. 침대, 화장실 모두 깔끔하고 좋았어요!

初めは部屋の状態が良くない部屋に案内されましたが、連絡したらすぐに部屋を用意して下さり、鍵まで持ってきて頂きました。 しかし、用意された部屋も、初めに用意された部屋と比べてよかったですが、部屋にある換気扇がひとつもつかず少し残念でした。

部屋にキッチンや洗濯機があり、とても便利でした。近くにコンビニやバス停があり、助かりました。地上波が見られないのが残念でしたが、特に困らなかったです。ベッドも寝心地が良くて、ぐっすり眠れました。チェックインの場所が違うのは少し大変でしたが、安宿なので許容範囲内です。隣や上下の音も全く気になりませんでした。ありがとうございました。
