"I didn’t know where the front desk was when I went in. It looked like the check in for the restaurant. There was no one around. I walked around and finally found someone to ask where the front desk for the hotel was. I still had to wait for 2 people to come out. Then his computer didn’t work. The other person who seemed annoyed had to help me check in. She did ask if I had a preference, I asked for a low level room, minimal walking to out side. She put me on the first floor way in the back. My vehicle was out front. Did not ask if I needed any help with anything. By the time I got to my room, long walk! I went in and have to say your hotel just looks old and worn and not inviting. I was looking forward to the pool or hot tub, only to find out the pool is outside and no hot tub. By the time I was finished with all that, the restaurant had closed and I couldn’t get anything to eat. When I got up, looking forward to my coffee, the coffee machine didn’t work. I had to walk all the way down to the front area for coffee and NO continental breakfast or quick bites of any kind to go with it. Horrible experience, Horrible place to stay and Horrible coffee. Could not even get a hot chocolate. Not worth half the money I paid. Horrible hotel for such a pretty area."
