"Clean room and friendly staff"

"Very nice villas. Friendly staff. Facilities Nice and Calm atmosphere. Low tides dominated the day time but we know this before coming. Two of us Got sick from ice cream with travellers diarréa as a consequece, staff shoul have better hygiene routines."

"This property is beautiful and breathtaking. The views and the finishes are immaculate. Everything was clean and luxurious. The food and the staff on the other hand were not. It took over an hour for our food and waters to come. The orders were totally wrong. 2/3 of us actually got sick because they did not listen to our food allergies. We waited 30 minutes for our bill to come. And then, after a small disagreement were told, we didn’t have to pay for food that we didn’t actually eat. It just seems very unorganized and their communication was very poor. Not a language barrier, more like a lack of customer service skills. We only stayed here our last night in Zanzibar because we had an early flight the next morning, but if I stayed again I would definitely not eat on the property. Had we not got sick they would have gotten 4 stars."

The staff were exceptionally helpful, the room was impeccable with the most gorgeous view over the ocean, and the room service was so friendly and clean. Our room was spotless, with a lovely turn down service and treats every night. We absolutely can’t wait to visit again, thank you for the beautiful memories! "
