"The condo itself was nice but definitely could use some general maintenance and cleaning. Safe was not workable; doors (bathroom and general entry) have not been cleaned for some time. Spider webs in window corners. Bedroom drawers fell out. Showerhead water was very slow"

"Elevator doesn’t work, got stuck more than once, when we opted to take the some of the stairs are broken at the base which is a huge hazard coming down or going up from the 6th floor carrying items. I had a room with two beds, and one of the beds has something black at the bottom of the sheet, our balcony door did not slide open easy and had to be pushed open with force, bathroom door is way too close to the toilet where you can’t open/close the door all the way, staff was friendly. "Location is great. Overall stay was good Some issues we had: • Elevators in the parking garage need to be serviced. We were stuck in one because the doors didn’t open. After a minute or so I was able to pull it open and exit. • The mattresses and living room chairs are very outdated. The mattresses need to be changed out for sure. • There was a lot of cigarette and marijana smoke in the parking garage elevators and on other balcony’s that made sitting on our balcony hard to do."

"The codes changed and were never communicated. We had to call three times to get a new code to either the building or the room. We had 7 people in a room and towels are not refreshed. Yes is stated once you check in but I was never told of this before booking. Who wants to use the same towel for five days! The ceiling was leaking there is mold on the bathroom.
