" 1. We had to spend a few hours before going to the airport and this was a perfect spot. 2. Driving-in is a little misleading as you hit a dead end on the ocean and a narrow left takes you to wide parking lot. Perfect location. 3. The land lady and staff are very nice. Room is very functional. Ocean view terrace is very useful specially when friends visit. 4. Complementary 24 hr drop to either airport is too good. Must stay."

"Santa Maria is a beautiful gem located right on the ocean. The owners are very kind, thoughtful, and accommodating of their guests. It is very conveniently located near the airport (15 minutes by taxi) and many other attractions Kerala has to offer. "The room was large with a balcony, quite spacious and very tidy. The deal came with breakfast, so the cost was very affordable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Towels were clean and soft, bathroom was clean and had all the facilities. The only problem was the lack of supply of toilet rolls, coffee etc. we had to ask for these items.
