This is an amazing place for kids. The new playground was clean and bright. Parking was a bit rough as it was very full at night.

Bom serviço de 4*, contudo o spa não é dos melhores.. piscina normal, sem quaisquer jactos de massagem, além de ser permitida a frequência de menores e crianças sem qualquer metodologia nem controle pelo que se torna quase um verdadeiro caos...

Lovely spa hotel and nice room. Only thing missing was tea /coffee making facilities in the room. Restaurant food and wine was very good and the service to guests was excellent

Ideal for family fun
This is a resort hotel with lots of great activities for families. I'd recommend it for families as it has lots of pools and other activities for kids. At this time of the year it was ideal for us as it was quiet and not overrun with children. The restaurant is excellent and well priced. Breakfast was good. The hotel was easy to reach and a great base for exploring the countryside. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was always somebody who could speak English.

Très triste séjour de Saint Valentin
Nous sommes très déçus de notre expérience dans cet établissement. La photo de la chambre sur votre site ne correspondait absolument pas à ce que nous avons eu. Chambre familiale vieillotte, mal insonorisée en bordure de piscine, de plus l'hôtel est situé en bordure d'une zone industrielle... L'espace Spa manque de charme. Nous n'avons pas pu tester le restaurant. Nous devions selon votre confirmation avoir un carte cadeau à notre arrivée et deux boissons gratuites, nous n'avons rien eu. Le buffet de petit déjeuner est bon mais manque vraiment de variété pour un hôtel **** au Portugal, la salle de petit déjeuner fait penser à une cantine... La note de 9.2 chez hôtel.com n'est absolument pas justifiée à la vue de la prestation qui nous a été fournie. Cet établissement vaut 8.1 maximum. Malgré tout cela, les points positifs sont la propreté et la gentillesse du personnel. Notre séjour est une déception, nous n'y retournerons pas.

Um hotel em mudança
Hotel em geral agradável e nota-se que está em renovação. O contraste entre as áreas renovadas e as antigas é acentuado. O nosso quarto (duplo standart) era médio, com um ambiente pesado. Boa cama, boa TV. Estava virado para as traseiras e o constante barulho dos ares condicionados era incomodativo. Casa de banho muito pequena, duche com boa pressão mas isolamento insuficiente (ficava tudo molhado depois do duche!). Limpeza boa. Bom pequeno almoço, em qualidade, quantidade e variedade. Mas o uso dos tabuleiros, torna a sala mais num refeitório do que num hotel de 4 estrelas. Como é inverno não usufruimos das piscinas exteriores. Staff simpático e prestável.
