"We unsuccessfully tried to print our room keys at the check in kiosk, but it was malfunctioning, little did we know . We stood there about 15 minutes trying to figure out what we were doing wrong, then we called the main office. Someone came out about 20- 25 minutes later and officially told us that it wasn't working. They proceeded to go to the office to activate keys for us and others who came in after. We were there close to an hour. After that, everything else was fine. Beds were a bit hard,...

"L’alloggio e’ in una zona tranquilla a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dalle maggiori attrazioni di Bergen. Noi eravamo in un bilocale e purtroppo le foto dell’annuncio si riferiscono al complesso degli appartamenti di quella struttura e sono un po’ fuorvianti in relazione alle reali dimensioni del bilocale. Le condizioni di pulizia dell’alloggio sono forse l’aspetto più deludente del soggiorno."

"We enjoyed this as our final stay in Norway after 2 weeks. It was idyllic, scenic, and we loved the hens and chicks free ranging on the property! So cute.
The only confusion was that there isn't any signage directing you where to go when you arrive. We accidentally went to the door of their main home that is pictured in the Expedia listing, instead of the home that is the rental described. I had to message them when we arrived for clarification.
Other than that, the stay was very relaxing....

* Extreme Stair Access: There is no elevator, and the stairs are exceptionally narrow and arranged in a steep, tight spiral pattern. Hauling heavy luggage up and down is genuinely hazardous and exhausting.
* Severe Light Pollution (Lack of Curtains): There are no proper curtains or blinds on the windows right next to the bed. Given that daylight in Norway stretches for nearly 18 hours during peak...
