The hotel itself was nice and convenient but overpriced. What ruined it was the front desk reception person who was 10/10 rude, and frankly will get the property in trouble. I came in with dog and literally said this is a service animal. Although an ESA would be good enough, this was a service animal. She literally said it would be an extra $50.00. I said you cannot charge for a service animal. She said if you won’t pay you can cancel reservation. I said not paying, and she then cancelled reservation, and handed me the printout of cancellation. This is 11:30 at night after all day traveling. I told my spouse waiting in car, who promptly went in asking whether she really cancelled reservation for refusal to pay for service animal. She than thought about it and handed a pre-printed form to sign and done.
