The rooms are small and simple, but the main perks are the onsen, sauna and massage chairs! They also offer free ramen at night and free amenities on ground floor (eg razor, toothbrush, coffee, water)"

"One of the best hotel we did in Japan, if it’s not the best. The design is really peaceful, lot of light wood and the fact we removed our shoes at the entrance of the hotel feels you are at home. Onsens are really nice and the breakfast was yummy. I really recommend it!"

The room was spotless, the staff service was impeccable, and a huge selling point was the private baths (there's 5 of them) as we both have tattoos.
