The reception staff advised that even when a city-view room is booked, it may not always be available, which was disappointing. If a specific room type or view is important to you, it may be worth confirming this with the hotel before your stay."

There was a problem with the original point of stay....however hotel management went out of their way to upgrade us to a different place. "sehr schönes Hotel, nahe der Innenstadt, moderne, saubere Zimmer, trotz Innenstadtnähe, relativ ruhig gelegen (ist allerdings auch zimmerabhängig.) Dusche war etwas zu modern (nur Regendusche + kleine Handbrause, welche nicht so aufgehangen werden konnte, damit man darunter stehen konnte (nur senkrecht) In manchen Zimmern nur Badewanne (Einstieg sehr hoch) Zimmer im 3. Stock waren sehr warm und auch nicht ganz so ruhig, da man die Hauptstraße hören konnte (Zimmer 306). Wunsch nach ruhigem Zimmer...

"A modern hotel that blends in with its historical surroundings, it is quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view of Ostrów Tumski. It was a pleasure to spend our down time enjoying the outdoor garden. The hotel is close to the Odra River and its many attractions, and a short, 20 minute walk to Rynek. I will certainly stay here again when I return to Wroclaw."
