"Stayed here the previous year so clearly we rated the hotel highly however our experience this time was not as good. We experienced a number of issues including: it may have been coincidental but each time we went for coffee the machine was either empty or broken, we did get coffee in the dining room but it meant the queues were long. "Absolutely lovely stay! The room and the staff were fantastic. They went out of their way to make you feel as special as the beautiful suite. The only things I wasn't thrilled about was that you need to enter and exit through the Michelin star restaurant. Slightly uncomfortable if you want to go outside for a smoke in the evening, but the staff didn't make us feel uncomfortable about it. Also, maybe some rugs would help. The 3rd floor room every evening sounded like people were dragging...

"Very nice hotel in excellent area, breakfast was exceptional…not great if you are a light sleeper as there is a main road, tram lines & train tracks right outside so a bit noisy…. we had an evening flight but when we asked if there was a room for changing were only offered the toilets in the reception area which was disappointing .."

It made my stay very pleasant and made me feel welcomed. Room and bathroom were very spacious and clean equipped with all the amenities I needed. "Absolute gem!! The apartment was exactly as described, so comfortable, and a great location. Far enough away from the touristy areas that you felt like you were in a local neighborhood, but close enough that it was an easy walk to many of the highlights. I only wish that we had more time to explore all the local restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!!"

A poca distanza, sul rondò, molteplici fermate di tram e bus. Ma andare in centro a piedi è facile, dopo aver attravsersato il ponte già si è sotto al castello. la struttura è una chiatta, con diverse camerette da 4 letti (2 letti a castello) + bagno. "Das Hotel ist wunderbar, das Essen exzellent und das Personal sehr freundlich. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Im Frühstücksraum ist es sehr laut, weil ständig Stühle gerückt werden. Da ließe sich durch Filzgleiter unter den Stuhlbeinen leicht Abhilfe schaffen."
