"This is our second stay and the first time there was a bridal party staying in the hotel and the groomsmen were having a loud and fantastic time! Mainly in the bar downstairs, but also the hallways and the elevator. But, it was a wedding and so we just kind of went with the flow. The hotel itself is clean and the views of the water from the balcony are nice. There was staff when we checked in, but absolutely no parking and this happened last time as well. "The restaurant was not set up well for breakfast. We were not told that there was no table service Monday and Tuesday. The waitress for the to go breakfast was unpleasant when we were sitting down waiting for menus. That's the only time we were told no table service. There was one person at the front desk that was uncooperative. When asked a question he didn't want to answer it. I later learned that he didn't know anything. Nick was at the desk the following day and he was great!...

"Very convenient location and nice clean hotel for a shorter stay. We had family suit for 5 and it was spacey and well equipped. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was uncomfortable and hard to sleep on. Also, the AC made very loud noises which was unfortunate during the night. Otherwise, the staff was pleasant, and breakfast was simple yet tasty."

"The location is great, very central. The rooms were mostly clean and nice to look at. I slept on the sofa bed and it was very old. My kids slept on the beds and were comfortable"

"The room was small and musty. Repairs to walls in the bathroom not finished. No air conditioning in the fitness room - and the peloton display wasn’t working. Also, no water cups or towels in the fitness room. Parking wasn’t available so we had to go down the street. Not up to Hilton standards at all."

"Breakfasts were ok. Bar needs to be opened Earlier maybe 3:00. Housekeeping was sadly lacking. We stayed 5 nights. On the 3rd day we had to ask for towels and trash removal since household had not been there since check in. They came with towels and emptied trash, that’s all. Never had clean towels after that. Our, bathroom was never cleaned, no new beverage glasses provided at all. Bed never made entire stay. Informed front desk at check out. Clerk was nice and apologized."

"Room accommodations were excellent, clean, well equipped and served. Breakfast was OUTSTANDING!! It was well supplied and had a wonderful variety. The service people kept all the offering full and available. On the down side, the hotel advertised happy hour, 5-7pm, daily, but on Wednesday and Thursday of our stay, the main desk staff stated that the Happy Hour staff didn't show up. Then they just shrugged it off, as if that was a normal occurrence??"
