An overnight stay with a lasting impression
The welcome we received and the service we received was outstanding. The property is an excellent location with a lovely rooftop terrace for watching the sunset and having breakfast. Reception gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner and made the booking for us. The room was comfortable, with the only negative being that the shower was very small.

Breakfast is horrible! We took our own luggage to our room on check-in. Roof-top terrace is miserable. Staff were friendly but felt more like a 3 star hotel at best.

The property itself is gorgeous and staff wonderful. The challenge we has was with finding parking (which I know is not the fault of the hotel, but did add to our check in experience) and the smell of the room was moldy. Thank you for the VIP perk bottle of wine in the room!!

I bastioni was a wonderful place to stay in Gallipoli. The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The hotel is perfectly situated along the coast with easy access to the beach, shopping, and dining. We had a great time, I highly recommend!

One of the best in Gallipoli
Located on the island the hotel has a wonderful mix of classic décor and modern amenities. A great location for getting around and the breakfast of tasty pastries really set you up for the day, more so when taken on the roof. If you stay, make sure you grab a view of the sunset from the roof, probably one of the best in the city; unbelievably beautiful and romantic. The staff was so helpful, providing useful info and making bookings for the beach, and also took us to the train station when we were leaving. Highly recommend it, and would be my no1 choice if we ever go back to Gallipoli.

Classy hotel right on the sea front. Staff very helpful in all aspects. Excellent Breakfast which varied each day, held on the roof terrace when the weather permits. Beautifully decorated throughout. Would have been nice to have a kettle for tea & coffee in the room, but this is not usually a feature in Italian hotels.

Nice Little Hotel
This is definitely a nice hotel with good rooms and very nice sea views. We were impressed that out "partial sea view" was basically uninterrupted from the balcony. The room is a little sparse in terms of décor but once you are settled it feels like home and is well appointed. The breakfast is very good and is served in the restaurant on the opposite side of the road....the staff at breakfast are really lovely. On the negative side: - The parking is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. There is no possibility to park on the small island on which the hotel is located. (plus point during low season at least there is free parking in the port area that can be availed of) - The welcome from the reception staff left something to be desired. - There is no open space available at this hotel.

Beautiful small boutique hotel on the sea front
Wonderful place ideally located on the perimeter of the centro storico. The staff were super friendly and efficient, Sabrina particularly was lovely and very helpful. The hotel has been tastefully restored with lots of exposed stone and cellars. The only negative I would say is that our room was spacious and nicely appointed but lacked two comfortable chairs to sit in, this was very disappointing. The restaurant Il Bastione is only mediocre and I would suggest perhaps looking elsewhere to eat.

Best Ocean View in Town!
The booked room was nice and view as promised! We are grateful to the Friendly and professional Frontdesk staff for showing us the other available Rooms. Room # 23 was our choice and we didn’t regret it one minute. The best Ocean View available. The breakfast was delicious and the breathtaking Ocean view is complimentary! Bastioni is aGreat Fish Restaurant and just across the Street. Will be back for sure.

Ottimo Boutique Hotel
Boutique Hotel curato, colazione in terrazza vista mare molto ricca, staff gentile ed eravamo in pieno centro storico, vicino alla via dei negozi e dei localini. Parcheggio del porto consigliato ma sempre pieno anche a fine stagione, considerate l’eventualità di prenotarlo con l’Hotel.

Dejligt sted med nyt Rooftop
Dejligt hotel og skrå flot udsigt til havet. Vi boede dog under rooftop hvor stolene vækkede os kl. 6 om morgenen da de blev trukket over gulvet. Kunne være skønt med en lille kaffemaskine eller elkedel på værelset. Meget personale til ok morgenmad men langsom service.

Stylish but choose your room carefully
Great location on the sunsetside of the old town. The hotel is very tastefully furnished and new. All the rooms are not great when it comes to view. The staff was very helpful and nice to us and gave us an upgrade. The breakfast was served in the restaurant across the street and was very good.

Chambre donne pas 4 etoiles !!!!!!!
Tres decue a l'arrivee par notre chambre situee au rez de chaussee a cote de l'accueil, car petite ouverture donnant sur une petite rue sombre , mais surtout odeur d'humidite, de renfermer tres desagreable, et froid, nous avons demande de suite une autre chambre pour deux jours soit disant hotel complet, la fille de l'accueil nous a amene des diffuseurs de parfum et offert une petite bouteille de vin blanc, c'est gentil mais la chambre pas 4 etoiles et impossible de partir, c'etait une prestatiin non remboursee ! Que faire ! Pour le petit déjeuner interdit de se servir, le jus de fruits n'en ait pas c'est infecte ! Puis in nous apporte le the et cafe apres reclamation dix minutes d'attente, de p'us ne comprennent ni le franct, ni l'anglais donc difficile d'obtenir le bon cafe ! Mueux vaut installer les machines et laissez le client se servir, c'est long et pas pratique, cet hotel a du charme, l'interieur est jolie, le seul inconvénient ne oas avoir leurs deux chambres du rez de chaussee car la literie etait bonne et pas bruyant, helas pas de chance, je vous conseille vraiment de telephoner avant pour ne pas avoir ce desagremenr !!!!!

Hôtel bien situé tout à portée de marche. Déco sympa cadre avec du cachet. Seul bémol le parking est vraiment loin et si la personne n’est pas là pour vous accompagner ça fait un bout. Le parking public à l’entrée est plus proche.

Purtroppo, per seri motivi personali, non ho potuto soggiornare. Ho prontamente chiamato la struttura, pur sapendo che la prenotazione non era rimborsabile, ma purtroppo mi è stato detto che non potevano fare nulla...ripeto, era una prenotazione non rimborsabile ma avendo speso tanto, forse troppo per una sola notte, forse mi sarei aspettato qualcosina, anche perché dare la camera a qualcun altro, a Gallipoli, il 18 agosto, sarebbe stato facilissimo...fa niente.
