"The staff is friendly however it doesn't appear that every staff member goes above and beyond to help like most. There was a problem with the room given to me at checkin and once the manager confirmed they made an error she didn't take the liberty to resolve the issue and rather made me stand in line all over again and just said the the other employee who was already swamped with about seven people in line would handle it. The breakfast was average at best and the only thing I did not care for is if you do not ask the cleaning staff to supply you with new towels they won't go in the room and replace used ones. Other than those simple fixes, the overall experience was not bad and is located convenient to everything along the Seawall."
