"Check in was quick and easy. The Staff members were very friendly and professional. The rooms were clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast was very good with a wide variety of food. We will definitely stay again! Perfect stay for the night before a cruise."

"I stay here almost every summer, so many memories. Pool is always great. Normally book in the newer building, but wanted a balcony so Stayed in Dolphin building, room A/C sounded like a freight train. But room was nice and comfy. Check in staf,f pool bar staff, 5400 lounge staff amazing. One staff member at check out however rubbed us the wrong way when we notified them error on final bill. Almost made it seem like she thought we were lying. Her demeanor wasnt the greatest. Luckily Manager and another associate were extremely friendly and corrected the error, explaining the one charge we were disputing did in fact get billed to our room in error."

"Our first time staying at the San Luis Resort and it was an amazing stay! When we arrived at the San Luis Resort the staff was very friendly and helpful. We booked the Executive room on the 15th floor and we were very impressed by how clean and modern the room was. The view was incredible. We will definitely be staying here again!"

"The elevator was our only issue. It was slow and very hot inside of it. I recommend staying on the second or third floor. The pool was nice the property was very clean and right next to the beach shopping and dining."

"We had a wonderful stay at Tru by Hilton Galveston! This was our first time visiting Galveston, and after doing a lot of research, we chose Tru because we were traveling with our two little dogs and wanted to explore the beach and try different restaurants. We’re very happy with our choice! Tru Hilton and Home2 Suites are connected. We stayed during the weekdays, so it was peaceful and not too crowded. The hotel was clean, breakfast was good, and every employee we met was friendly and accommodating. We booked a King Ocean View with a patio. HELPFUL TIP: call the hotel to confirm if your room has a partial or full ocean view. We called around 11 AM on our check-in day, and they were very helpful explaining our room. We arrived around 6 PM after a long drive, and everything went smoothly, and also if you need microwave , request one. One of our favorite things was walking across the street to the beach early in the morning with our dogs and enjoying the sunrise. Such a peaceful and relaxing experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again!"

"They had really good Wi-Fi you need to pay for the Wi-Fi I love her pregnant ways the pool is clean very clean and the breakfast was good I just wish they had more they mostly just have waffle makers and cereal and juice that's probably about it oh and Brad and jelly and a croissant but that was about it I wish they didn't have the eggs and bacon and stuff but they didn't but other than that it was good it was great it was awesome it was right next to the store go to the store without dirty in our car with sand. The people there work there were nice helpful. Did you have to pay $15 per day for parking that's something I did not like honestly I think they should have made it worried you could park there without making the pay just to get sticker showing that you have a room without making me pay for the sugar so $60 from mon through friday"
