DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Galveston Beach
Initial room we were placed in had wonderful views of the seawall, however, the bed linens were soiled and there was black mold on the pillowcases, lampshades, headboard & bathroom ceiling. Staff was very amenable and promptly moved us to a different room that was clean.

I did not get the room I reserved. The elevator didn’t work for over an hour. We had no blankets or towels and when we asked for them the staff were very rude. Property was dirty.
