"I thought the hotel was great in that the staff couldn’t be any nicer. The room was immaculate. The only problem I had was that we were told that there was a fourth floor lounge we could go to and every day it was closed. And it was great to have heated towel racks, heated floor kin the bathroom but they were never on and no instructions how to use them. Otherwise, it was great."

"The manager at the front desk was super helpful and very friendly. My room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. Just two minor complaints: both treadmills in the fitness center were out of order, which was disappointing. Also, the water I got from the water cooler machine in the fitness center tasted strongly of mold (I think its insides should probably be cleaned!). That said, the prices were great and I would still definitely stay here again."
