"Very decent place! Staff were very pleasant."

"Check in was pleasant, very clean room and building overall, very friendly and helpful staff, great bed and pillow, great shower. Our room had a king size bed however at the expense of having a bedside table on one side so that it was up against the wall. Both sides need their own table and space to get into the bed without climbing in from the foot."

"The property was good as well as the staff. The mattress was horrible. Very thin and very uncomfortable. Invest in better mattresses!!! Also, if you don’t have a sound machine expect a lot of noice till 3 a.m. I would not stay here again because of poor quality mattress. "

"Everything was clean, everyone was kind, and it is in a a great and walkable location. The restaurant in the hotel was tasty, but you're just a few minutes walk away from anywhere you wish to go. ALSO, it was a 3 minute walk from the train station Super convenient."

"We couldn’t have picked a better hotel for our stay in Galway. We had 2 days to plan our international trip, and I was nervous because I didn’t put a lot of time into selecting a hotel like I normally do. We couldn’t have chosen a better option. The breakfast was amazing, the staff was incredible and helpful. The only thing that could be improved are the key cards—They are very finicky and require some time to get used to. Regardless, I will be telling everyone about this hotel for years to come. Thank you for the wonderful (last minute) stay."
