We arrived late at night and had not received entry instructions from Expedia, but the property has staff on call. Despite being 11pm they answered our call and walked us through. The staff is truly attentive and ready to provide great service. The room is small and very basic but very clean and we knew what we were booking. Also to note ... it is an old building and whoever renovate it did an amazing job at keeping the old original architectural elements. Truly BRAVO!
Great price for the room. Great breakfast available upon request.
The hotel was lovely, from the pictures, I did think it was on the water, unfortunately it was accross the road. Over all I found it expensive, 10frs a night for parking, a coffee 4 frs, breakfast 20frspp and the local tax of 3.80 pp all adds up. Thats another 60frs on top of the price of the hotel per night!! We chose not to have breakfast so didnt see the host until we checked out whete I was presented with a full bill after already paying on line.
Over all its a lovely hotel, very clean, lovely comfortable beds just very over priced.
