"Arrived early Sunday morning and greeted with a very warm welcome and our room wasn’t ready but advised we would be contacted as soon as it became available.
They went above and beyond our expectations and emailed to say that the room was ready
When we arrived back at check in they had upgraded our room.

"Vacances entres copines, nous avons choisi cet hôtel car gros coup de cœur pour les petites plages autour et surtout proches de la zone d’activité nautique en voiture. "Thank you to the wonderful team at the W Algarve who made my solo birthday trip a wonderful one. They allowed me to check in early and had decorated the room with messages and even gave me a little sweet treat. Nothing was too difficult for them to sort out and they went above and beyond for me. The room was very big, clean and the bed very very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic!! One of the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. The spa facilities were great and I had a wonderful detox massage....
