"The hotel staff were all wonderful and accommodating. Everyone was friendly and kind and made our stay infinitely better. I'd definitely reccomend to others. The surrounding area wasn't the best, as my brother and I noticed people yelling/doing drugs in the park across the street, but they mostly kept to themselves and posed no threat or nuisance to us. All in all, I'd say it's one of the better Portland hotels I'd stayed in"

"funky cool historic place with Polish and haunted history, in beautiful condition. Fun with the rock bands downstairs playing 70s favorites before bedtime. Comfortable. convenient to the light rail. Very gracious staff."

" We stayed at the King suite. Very large rooms, well equipped and maintained. Front desk made a very good job in assisting us in any issue - from stay extension to local recommendations. The only drawback is the lack of parking that is solved by a $52/ day valet service - which also very attentive and efficient. "

"Great staff! We had a riverfront room and loved to be able to get out and walk along the River each morning! Breakfast at this hotel was amazing! Our waiter, Douglas, was outstanding! He was personable and attentive! Thank you Douglas! Tamela was also great! We would recommend staying here! The hotel is convenient to jump on the highways to drive to the coast, Mt. Hood and the waterfalls and Mt St Helens! "
