"STAY AWAY, NOT RECOMMENDED. Please be careful with this place if you happen to have any delays I’m checking in. They will literally cancel your reservation if you arrive a bit late. Even if you say forget the reservation, I would like to book another room. There was say no it’s too late. We can’t rent out rooms after hours. They are so f…. Up. Specially a guy NAME SIMON, he thinks his the boss. He would not try to give you a room even if in the website shows that there is more rooms available. He would say no there’s not and not even try to help you. STAY AWAY "

"Hotel is in a convenient location close to shopping, dining, and public transportation. Staff is very friendly and the restaurants on site are terrific. "

"This was a rare miss. I've had 5 great stays, but this one was pretty bad. It all came down to the bathroom. Either there wasn't a fan, or the fan wasn't working. That was just an annoyance. The bad part was the shower. There was a tub and NO handles! I am disabled, and required assistance to enter and exit the shower. I almost needed help IN the shower. It's standard nowadays to have that sort of thing come standard, so I never had to ask before. It's pretty embarrassing to have to request that sort of thing at check-in. But I guess if it prevents me from slipping and breaking my neck, I'll have to start. Ick."

"The property was in a nice area downtown Portland. Easily accessible to everywhere. "

"The Hotel got an issue probably fire or so, huge part of the building was smelling terrible and a lot toxic air inside de hall, and rooms! My room was affected, I was out for work and nobody notified me at all, I realized that significant part of the hotel was closed and "all" people were relocated in a different rooms until the next day morning when i ask about the internet and complain about the terrible smell!! On top of that, Teresa which is the front desk manager scolded me for not being at the front desk asking what happened the night before, I spent the entire night smelling this toxic air, nobody even message me even when they realized my belongings still at my room which allegedly they went to see if someone was there! Not even an apology I received from anyone in that hotel. Terrible customer service!!"

"Our stay was great overall. The motel was easy to get to and in good shape. It was a perfect place to grab a few hours of sleep before heading back out. If you are looking for a clean, basic motel we can't recommend it enough. "

"Food and room were reasonable. Bathroom felt a bit cramped. There were some loitering/homeless folks outside, and didn't feel very secure while checking in a bit late at night. "
