Initially difficult to find, driving in was a very tight squeeze with a mid-sized SUV, but once we were in, we found the office and gate no problem, and the staff were very helpful. I believe the owner's name is Guila - she is extremely accommodating, hard-working, and prepares a full breakfast with eggs, fruit, pasties, etc for all of the guests every morning. "We had a very nice stay for a 1-night break in Palermo. The location is perfect—walking distance to everything in the historic centre. The staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was exceptional; however, it would have been helpful to know in advance that menu items need to be selected before arriving in the morning in breakfast room. Once we sat down, the quality was top-tier. A beautiful boutique experience overall!"

"This property is centrally located in Palermo old town, walking distance to most of sites. The rooms are cleaned everyday and the building is securely managed. What most impressive is manager who is accommodating and spends a lot of time in the property, answering questions and giving suggestions. "We arrived at 930 pm down a very narrow city road and saw an imposing old door as our arrival point. We sent a text to the hotel to say we were outside and Francisco joined momentarily. Once we got into the building - a renovated palace and shown to our room any fears we may have had were quickly dismissed. The room was spacious and the bathroom and shower were magnificent Francisco and Giorgio were great hosts"
