"Staff is friendly and accommodating. My only recommendation would be to be just focus on being a professional host and avoid inconveniencing guests due to religious festivals (such as delaying time of included breakfast) Having said that, for people who don’t mind that aspect I would say this is a very nice place to stay in the heart of Bengaluru!
