The staff the the reception was very nice but the rest of the staff didn’t understand English properly. The location was very central but the last few meters to the hotel had dark corners. "This was a beautiful place to stay in the Old City, perfect for the City Palace and Lake Pichola. The staff were really helpful, the breakfast was good and the accommodation was everything that was promised. Taxis are not allowed into the Old City so there is a short walk once dropped off which I was aware of from other reviews."
