The hotel is continently located near beaches, restaurants and stores. Panoramic view of ocean and city was beautiful. Room had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. There are no utensils or plates… The beach near by was fun for all ages. Highly recommend to families with young children.

The view was great, can see the seaview

Very relaxing and beautiful one. Love the fact that it’s never that crowded. Staffs are welcoming and helpful. Rooms are decent too. The only improvement to be made is food — especially the European cuisine they have. Beautiful hotel and a perfect experience, incredible staff! We stayed at the InterContinental Alpensia and had an absolutely wonderful vacation. The hotel itself is beautiful, and both the facilities and rooms were spotlessly clean. A huge shout-out goes to the hotel staff—there are no words to describe how polite they were and how willing they were to help with everything! Everyone was fantastic, starting from the reservations team, to the lobby staff and the lovely girl at the Oxy Lounge...

Excellent value hotel, quiet, spacious and a few small restaurant options. The staff were very helpful. Great locations to ski in the various local resorts. Excellent in-hotel ski rental with discount pass. Would definitely use again on a return trip.

Impressive hotel fully refurbished in 2017. The two drawbacks were a) we booked an ocean view room at quite a premium, but 50% of the view was the hotel car park, and b) having a full glass facade the heat and glare in the room was significant, meaning we could only enjoy the view in the evening and early morning. The blinds were all down in the breakfast room to kero out the sun.
