"The advertised amenity of a 24/7 available airport shuttle is NOT honest. While staff was kind, no staff was available for trip from airport to hotel, and when I inquired about arranging a ride back, it came with a very narrow window of potential that left me feeling uncertain if I’d be able to use this advertised amenity. Like I said, staff was nice about it, but the availability and reliability of this amenity feels too uncertain to be used as a main advertising point. "

"For check in we had to wait in line for 20 minutes even though we had done pre checkin. For a busy weekend, they only had 2 people working the front desk. The room was clean. The shower did not drain well at all causing us to shower in water up past our ankle. Overall we always have a good stay at this Stoneycreek. This time we just had a few things that could have been better. "

"Comfortable, spacious stay near Mizzou We had a great stay at the SpringHill Suites Columbia. The room layout was excellent, with a separate sitting area and workspace that made it feel both functional and spacious. Everything was well-appointed and very comfortable. The service was warm and welcoming throughout our stay, and the breakfast offered plenty of great options to start the day. The location is also a big plus—conveniently close to University of Missouri. Would definitely stay here...

"For the price, I thought the hotel would be in better shape. For instance, in our room the furniture showed extensive wear. Worn fabrics, tears, stains. The fixtures in the bathroom were decrepit and rusty, they looked to be very, very old. The light fixture over the sink was a rusty mess. We noticed as soon as we stepped off the elevator on the third floor, an ever present, foul, pet smell. The odor lingered in the entirety of the floor, luckily our room smelled fine. The man that...
