Everything was clean, up to date, and the staff were kind. The breakfast was plentiful with good food. The beds were comfortable. I didn’t go to the pool but my teen son said it was great, as well. I’d gladly return here if I’m in the area again.

Were unwilling to store my bag when i arrived, while waiting for room to become available. I have never before seen a hotel unwilling to do this. I needed to go do my business for the day. I moved to a different hotel nearby that had appropriate customer service. This hotel also refused to refund my money, even though I could no longer stay there.

Service had an obscene amount of attitude when we had issues with our checking in. Put no effort into helping fix the problem and wouldn’t contact the manager.

Very nice front desk manager, made our check in experience and overall experience very enjoyable. Free breakfast was delicious. The rooms are beautiful and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Would have liked the pool to open earlier so we could have avoided all the teenagers. We couldn’t get our ceiling fan to work and it would have made the room temperature more pleasant. The bar only opened at odd times. Not on Friday but open on Saturday..? Breakfast and staff were lovely. Need to provide shower gel in the rooms.

When I checked into my room in the middle of the night, there was a man in the bed. I went back to the front desk and let them know. There was a man in the bed and they didn’t seem like it was a very big deal. As a female traveling alone, I think that’s a very big deal.

Our stay was very good. The room was very clean and welcoming. the pool was good, and the hot tube was amazing. the beds were a little rough though and the pull-out bed in the couch was bad the kids could not sleep on it because it was all springs. but overall, it was a very nice place, and we will be staying there again.
