"We were in a king suite which was spacious. Free wifi was good. Staff were exceedingly helpful. We had asked in advance for early check-in and a lower level room since there was renovation of the bar and pool happening during our stay. These were both all set when we arrived. The full breakfast was plentiful and varied.
The downtown location was convenient, although Hindley St in that area was not what we expected - it has lots of drinking facilities, massage parlours, convenience stores, and take away food places to walk through before getting to the Rundle Mall area (with major department stores and supermarkets). But the area felt safe.
We could get $10 off the price of the room if you skip having it serviced on a day, which is good for the environment too!."
