"This hotel is in the process of a renovation. I wish this was told to me before I reserved the room. There was no ice machine. I get it you’re renovating but when I was told that I could go to “WaWa’s” at 10pm for ice! I didn’t have a car and WaWa’s was DOWN THE HILL, across the street. I didn’t sleep that night bet tried not to let it spoil my trip. We stayed another night because we got in late after our planned event. "Staff was AWESOME. It smelled and appeared clean from.check in to room. The room itself needed help. The ac/heating unit had cracks, the telephone was very dated missing parts and kinda scary to touch it looked loike it had food or something dried into the cracks of it, gross. There were also some obvious reairs that had neen made to the walls and caulking around the doors that looked less than professional. "I only stayed one night so I can only comment on a few things. Our room was clean and the staff I engaged with was friendly and helpful. One disappointment was that there is a $9 fee for a parking pass for their lot. I think that’s ridiculous. I travel often and I’ve never been charged a fee to park in the hotels lot."
