The rooms were cleans, but run down. Certain staff was nice, but there was also a mix of rude people. Saw many different ads about free breakfast and it was not accessible.

Room is a little tired but the hotel itself is in a great location, amazing gym, breakfast was good, Irish Bar was great and the coffee shop had an amazing selection

Comfort Inn Chicago Southland I-80 & I-294 Near Casino
Rude. Rooms didn’t lock. I was moved 3 times. TVs didn’t work. Room looked like it was used right before I entered. Housekeeping was very very rude about leaving by 11
