"The most coziest property. I was there with some girlfriends for the BTS Arirang concert. We felt safe and the best part was the Pete’s Bagel downstairs! The host was very responsive to messages and the whole process of check in was smooth. Everything was clean and the property was wonderfully decorated. Also, loved the free roaming chickens and roosters in the area. 10/10, no notes. "

"Haya clearly is the center of popularity in Ibor City. Lively bar, nice (albeit pricey) restaurant, wonderful, friendly staff. No wonder, since this is such an historic hotel, very tastefully and creatively renovated. Our room was spacious, comfortable, with the highest quality bed and linens. Hard to find anything of note to fault."

"The rooms were beautiful and staff was amazing. However, we were only there a very short time from the airport to enough time to get to the port for our cruise which was a few hours not a full 24 hours but had to pay for 24 hours. Plus a deposit."

"There is nothing interesting or charming about the location. It's a generic conference hotel. I had what was meant to be a deluxe king. The linens, pillows and towels were all poor quality. Everything is overpriced, a single espresso was 4.50 in the coffee shop. Charger and cable 90 in the gift shop in the Marriott across the road. There are no useful shops nearby. I wanted to go to the top floor bar but was rudely refused entry because I hadn't made a reservation. I wouldn't recommend to...

The fact everything in downtown Ybor was within walking distance was cool and the cute free roaming chickens nearby made waking up in the morning to roosters crowing a fun experience. However this location does have additional charges beyond the room charge. There is a charge to keep a car on the property overnight and a charge for breakfast each morning. Be prepared to spend an additional $30+ a day...
